Who it's for

  • Your board or CEO has asked for an AI plan and wants it this quarter, not after a search committee.
  • You have run pilots for a year and cannot say what they produced.
  • A vendor has proposed something expensive and no one on your side can judge it.

What you walk away with

How it runs

  1. Week 1

    We sit with your leadership and the people doing the work today. We read the pilots, the data, and the contracts.

  2. Week 2

    We test each idea against four questions. Is the data there. Can the system's answers be checked. Will the people use it. Is the payoff worth the cost.

  3. Week 3

    We write the verdict and walk your leadership through it.

How pricing works

Fixed fee, agreed before we start. If we conclude nothing is worth building, we say so. That is a result, not a failed engagement.

What we need from you

  • One executive sponsor who can make the decision at the end.
  • Two hours a week from the people who run the work in question.
  • Read access to the data and the pilots. Nothing is built or changed.

What happens next

What we don't do

We don't write plans for companies that have not decided whether they want one. We don't produce hundred-page decks. We don't run workshops that end without a decision.
