Fulkerson Advisors

The Build

One system, into production, used by the people it was built for. Twelve weeks.

The Build is a twelve-week, fixed-scope engagement in which Fulkerson Advisors takes one AI system from a working pilot into daily use, with the measurement to prove what it changed and a named owner on your team who can run it without us.

Twelve weeks
Fixed fee, stop point at week three
Led by a founding partner

Who it's for

  • A pilot that demoed well and has been almost ready for months.
  • A system that is live but that the people it was built for work around.
  • A sponsor with a deadline and a budget, and a team that has not shipped AI before.

What you walk away with

  • The system running in your environment, connected to the systems your business runs on, and used in the daily work.
  • A number: the baseline we took in week one, and what moved by week twelve, measured the way your finance team accepts.
  • A named owner on your team who has been in the code with us and can run the system alone.
  • A written rubric of where the system is trusted and where a person still checks its work.

How it runs

  1. Week 1

Baseline measured. The system's answers put under test. Data access confirmed.

  2. Week 3

The stop point. Either the system is on a path to production, or we tell you it isn't and refund the remainder.

  3. Week 6

The smallest version that does real work is live for a first group. Security review runs alongside, not after.

  4. Week 12

Rolled out, measured, handed to your owner. We step back on a date set in advance.

  5. Every week

A demo to the sponsor. No steering committees.

Getting it used is part of the job

We work beside the people who will use the system, starting with the most respected skeptic on the team, until it is the easiest way to do the work. Use without quality is not success, so we measure both.

Terms

How pricing works

Fixed fee for the twelve weeks, agreed before we start. The week-three stop point is a term of the contract: if we conclude the system should not go to production, we say so and refund the remainder.

What we need from you

  • A sponsor who can make decisions weekly.
  • One engineer or operator who will own the system after we leave, from week one.
  • Access to the data and environments in week one. Access granted in week five is a twelve-week plan that starts in week five.

What happens next

Book a thirty-minute call. If the Build fits, we scope it in writing within a week. If the open question is which system to build, start with the Diagnosis.

What we don't do

We don't staff contractors into your ticket queue and disappear. We don't ship systems we can't measure. We don't hand over to a team that has not worked in the code with us.

Proof

Not sure this is the right one?

Thirty minutes on a call and we’ll tell you which of the three fits, or whether none of them does yet.
