What we are
A partner-led AI advisory firm headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, working with substantial operating companies across the United States. Four practices — strategy, implementation, adoption, and value realization — under one engagement model: a founding partner writes the roadmap, stays through production, and answers for the result. When a question exceeds our bench, we draw on a network of twenty-plus subject-matter specialists rather than improvising.
Who leads the work
The partners’ backgrounds span forward-deployed data science at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Boston Consulting Group, quantitative research on a $2B hedge-fund book, MIT Leaders for Global Operations (Sloan MBA and Engineering MS), Columbia engineering, and systems engineering turned operations leadership — the translation layer between technical capability and business operations. Engagements are deliberately few, and every one is led end to end by the people described here.
