Carl Nehme

Technology, Product & Sales Advisor

Carl Nehme has spent more than fifteen years building at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and consumer innovation. He began at McKinsey & Company, where over six years across the firm's Dubai and Santiago offices he co-led its transportation-and-logistics work, driving operational excellence for clients in healthcare and logistics.

In 2014 he moved to Boston to found Trumpit, an augmented-reality consumer startup whose patent-pending technology found early traction in e-commerce. Wayfair acquired the company in 2016, and Carl joined as head of product for its multi-billion-dollar marketplace across US and international markets, where he introduced machine-learning-driven personalization to the shopping experience.

He went on to co-found Goodpath, serving as its Chairman and President, where he helped pioneer one of the first virtual-clinic models for integrative chronic care — pairing personalized health coaching with measurable outcomes. A PhD-trained aerospace engineer, Carl advises Fulkerson on product strategy, ML-driven personalization, and go-to-market.
